A whole big tomato
Half an onion
4 small baby portobello mushrooms
A small container of ricotta
~1 lb shredded chicken
8 cooked lasagna noodles, cooked
Some Balsamic vinegar
Mix tomato, onion, basil, portobellos, pepper and balsamic together in a food processor. Mix this blend with the ricotta and chicken. Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and lay down a layer of mozzarella. Then lay down 'the mixture' and roll it all up. Next, roll that up in the croissant dough and add another layer of mozzarella on top. His girlfriend and co-chef, Meghan, recommends weaving the lasagna noodles together.
